Ocean Breeze Blue Ruffle Top

We can’t say enough goodness about this top! The way the ruffles flow on the front and back is just so dainty and adorable! The light blue is right on point! This is lined but still very airy and lightweight! We love the cute multi button in the back which makes for a convenient way to put on! This one looks and feels like a dream!
