Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • We offer a flat rate shipping of $5 to any where in the United States. 
  • Your purchase will ship within 1-2 business days of paid invoice. Shipping time will be 2-5 days depending on your location. May vary with post office closings and holidays. You should receive a tracking link in your messenger or by email.
  • Once your package has been handed over to USPS it is no longer our responsibility. You can call your local  USPS and they can help you track your package. 
  • We do offer free in store pickup during store hours. Please allow 2 business days for their package to be ready for pickup. Our Address is 219 East First St. Campbellsville, KY 42718.  You will find our store hours on the homepage.  
  • Local purchases not picked up within 2 weeks from the time your package is ready will not be eligible for return.

Returns:

  • Returns must be completed 20 days from paid invoice. If you are hand delivering to our store then you must have your return in our store within 20 days. If you are mailing your return it must be postmarked by 20 days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to process your return and for store credit.
  • All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. Items will not be accepted if stains, cigarette smoke, pet odors or deodorant is noted.
  • Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box.
  • If you receive a defective item please contact us at info@sweet-threadz.com within 5 days of receiving your item. This is why it is important to look at your item as soon as you receive it. Please include written details about the defect and a picture. Our customer service team will take care of you.  
  • All sales are final on clearance/sale items.  All sales are final on jewelry, door busters,purses, wallets and all accessories. Also for hygienic reasons all sales are final on undergarments, beanies, and hats.
  • Local purchases not picked up within 2 weeks from the time your package is ready will not be eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
